第一、拉力的范围

  万能拉力试验机裸电线拉力试验方法主要用来测试电线等各种金属导体和裸电线的拉伸性能。测试的方法就是用一定长度的夹具承受递增的拉力，知道断裂为止。

第三、试验的准备

@1、实芯导体

    1.取样：准备合格的样品3根，取样的时候，要避免试件受到拉伸、弯曲、扭转或者其他的损坏。

    2.矫直试件：细心的用手进行矫正，必要的时候可以用木槌轻轻的敲直，测试拉压强度的时候，可以不用矫直。

    3. 标出标距长度：在试验的夹具中部标出标距长度200mm。不能够使试件提早的断裂，线条应该是清晰的。标距长度的误差：硬线试件为正负0.2mm，软线试件为正负0.5mm。

Third, test preparation

@1, solid core conductor

1 sampling: prepare samples qualified 3, sampling time, to avoid the specimen under tensile,bending and torsion or other damage.

2 straightening specimen: careful manual correction, when necessary, can use the gavel knock lightly straight, when testing the tensile and compressive strength, can not straightening.

3 mark the gauge length: mark in the middle clamp test gauge length 200mm. Can't makespecimens of early fracture lines should be clear. Standard error of length: hard wire specimens for positive and negative 0.2mm, cord specimens for positive and negative 0.5mm.

@2、绞合导体

    1.取样：从外观检查合格的样品中截取试件3根，试件长度为原始标距长度加两倍钳口夹持长度。

    2.试件加工：解开试件两端的股线，分开并弯成圆钩形，清洗后，用低熔合金或树脂浇灌椎体端头。也可用压接法或夹具法制作。

@2, a stranded conductor

1 sampling: samples from visual inspection qualified from 3 specimens, the length of the specimen to the original gauge length of two times the jaw clamping length.

2 specimen processing: Unlock the specimen at both ends of the wire, and bent into a circledivided hook, after cleaning, using low melting alloy or resin on vertebral end. Also availablecrimping method or clamp method.

@3、试验步骤

    1.将试件夹持在万能拉力试验机的钳口内，标志线应露出在钳口处。夹紧后试件的位置应保证试件的纵轴与拉伸的中心线重合。

    2.选定拉伸速度

    3.启动万能拉力试验机，加载必须平稳，速度均匀，无冲击。

    4.当试件被拉伸断裂后，读数并记录负荷，取三五有效数。取下试件将断口小心对齐，挤紧，测量并记录最终标距长度。
